Roughly 90% of practice time will be devoted to drills and games that will help them achieve legal competitive strokes.

These are our swimmers who swim at least three of the four competitive strokes legally and are ready for a bit more endurance and some skill work. This group will also swim three to four times a week for an hour at a time. Roughly 75% of practice time will be devoted to theperfection of the competitive strokes with the remaining time being devoted to skill work such as starts and turns.

These swimmers have shown and expressed a commitment to the sport of swimming and are serious about training for competition. However, due to IHSAA guidelines, they may only attend two club meets during the high school season and must fill out a waiver to do so.Summer season – All seniors will be swimming for the club only (no high school swimming) and will have one to two practices offered a day, except for Sunday.
